I’ve been looking at my development recently and have decided that I need a new challenge. I’ve managed to keep this blog going for six months now (hard to believe, but it’s true), even going so far as to increase my release schedule and adding podcasts. In the interim, a while back, I did a 30-day challenge wherein I listen to a paraliminal at least once each day.  Both of these have taken some effort, but it’s time for something new.

Here’s where I need your help. I can think of a couple of things to try, but I’d like to get some feedback from the community. What exercises/habits would you suggest for such a 30-day challenge?

Remember: It has to be do-able.   Pamm, for example, did some breathwork for 30 days (The Quantum Light Breath, which is quite excellent). K-L is spending 90 minutes a day on various exercises. I’d like to hear what your thoughts are on this matter, so if you have any ideas, please drop them in the comments, or use the contact form on the About page.

I’m really looking forward to the results!
