		<description>Sorry about the late reply. Having come from a Pagan background, I used a simple elemental chant &quot;Air I am, Fire I am, Water, earth and Spirit I am&quot;. I&#039;m starting to branch out into others, but that&#039;s what I had the most success with. If you like chants, I would suggest checking out Krishna Das. Pilgrim Heart is pretty good.</description>
