		<description>Yes indeed. Getting a good workout can certainly lift a funk. At the very least it breaks you out of the mental patterns you were in, granting new perspective. I saw an ad a while back saying &quot;Sweat is stress leaving your body in liquid form&quot;.</description>

		<description>Great post. I have one thing to add that ALWAYS works for me - exercise. If I&#039;m feeling really low sometimes all I can muster is a walk. The repetitious rhythm and the time alone with only my thoughts is undeniably therapeutic. But, with a little more energy a good run does amazing things for me. Something about sweating and the pounding of the pavement releases the things that had me tied down. Even if at the end of the run I am doubled over in pain and my lungs are burning, something deep inside feels a little better. There is something to the phrase &quot;working out&quot;, I know I&#039;ve worked a lot out with a little sweat and pain.</description>
